You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. If you arrange a service for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the necessary booking information.

Online Health Booking helps users discover diagnostic services and request appointments. We may coordinate with independent diagnostic centres, laboratories, collection partners and healthcare providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provider performs the test, collects samples, issues reports, determines final availability and is responsible for its clinical and operational services. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until confirmation is communicated.

Website content and booking assistance are for general information and coordination only. They do not replace diagnosis, medical advice, a prescription or consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Online Health Booking is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or attend an appropriate emergency facility immediately.

• Provide accurate patient, contact, test, city, area and preferred-date information.
• Confirm that a requested test matches the treating professional's advice and provide a valid prescription when the provider requires one.
• Review appointment location, timing, preparation requirements, pricing and payment instructions before attending.
• Inform us or the provider promptly if details change or the appointment cannot be attended.
• Treat support staff, diagnostic personnel and other users respectfully and lawfully.

Displayed or communicated prices may be estimates and can vary by city, provider, scan protocol, contrast requirement, home collection, package contents or other clinical and operational factors. Confirm the final price before service delivery.

Appointment slots, home collection and turnaround times depend on provider availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Payment terms, invoices and refunds may be managed by the provider performing the service.

Contact us or the provider as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund conditions may differ by provider and service.

If Online Health Booking directly receives a payment for a clearly identified service, any applicable refund terms will be communicated during booking. Bank or payment processing timelines may apply.

• Do not submit false bookings, impersonate another person, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content, branding or data without permission.
• Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content or information you are not authorised to share.
• Website text, design, logos and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We work to keep information useful and current, but do not guarantee that every listing, price, slot, report timeline or third-party service will always be complete, accurate or available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Online Health Booking is not responsible for independent providers' clinical decisions, test performance, reports, delays or acts and omissions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect service, operational or legal changes. Continued use after revised terms are posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
